This week I made a club flier for the general meeting of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers at New Mexico Tech. I pretty much blatantly ripped off Mark Weaver's designs for Good Magazine's article, 'Hurry Up and Wait.' But I wanted to try the style out a bit, and it's not like I'm getting paid for making these.
I clicked on your link and looked at the other graphic. I like this a lot, however I wonder if you should have used like Dr. B in the background or something. ;)
ReplyDeleteWELL! I actually found out after the fact that Jim Ruff was our guest speaker, so I actually made a modified flier for distribution. Unfortunately it didn't get out in time to put up though, so it'll be seen next time he's on deck.
